“Words can’t fully describe how awesome it was to work with Irwin Construction on the entry and bathroom renovation of my home. After purchasing my home in December 2016, I had a contractor I’m familiar with renovate my kitchen. The Irwin team did a great job of taking the work into consideration when making updates on the entry and hall bathroom. The overall look is now seamless, which was my goal. The team was open to my ideas and thoughts while suggesting improvements along the way.
At one point when a minor issue arose (due to my home, not due to the team), Jeremy called me to confirm the team could proceed forward as he thought was needed so that I had no surprises at the project end. The team kept to the initial estimate with the exception of the minor issue and some requests on my end. There was absolutely no cost surprise at the end.
A member of the team communicated with me on a daily basis to ensure I was happy with the day’s progress and clean up, as well as to see if I had any concerns or questions. This attention to detail goes beyond what I’ve seen in the past. Luckily, I’ve only had good contractor experiences but working with Irwin Construction was phenomenal.
The Irwin team did excellent work while maintaining the excellent customer service mentioned above. As someone who’s particular when it comes to home renovations, I have only positive things to say about their process or workmanship.
