We are thrilled to share the details of our latest project—a captivating renovation that has breathed new life into a classic home, enhancing both its character and functionality.

This transformation journey embraced a meticulously curated interior, resulting in a harmonious blend of luxury, uniqueness, and practicality.

Our adventure began with a cherished home in need of a modern upgrade. Although full of charm, it featured outdated elements and materials that no longer suited our client’s evolving tastes, including aging carpets and worn fixtures. Our clients dreamed of a comprehensive makeover—a space that would seamlessly combine elegance with practicality and reflect their lifestyle and unique aesthetic.

The renovation unfolded in several meticulous stages. Here’s a closer look at some of our favorite updates and enhancements throughout the home:

INTERIOR RENOVATION

Lighting and Flooring: We upgraded the lighting to energy-efficient LED recessed cans and sleek fixtures. The old carpeting was replaced with beautiful engineered hardwood flooring in key areas such as the master bedroom, office, and common areas, creating a cohesive and modern look.

Baseboards and Paint: Fresh baseboards and a new paint scheme revitalized the interiors. Common areas were painted in SW Agreeable Gray, the master bedroom in calming SW Sea Salt, and the master closet in SW Gossamer Veil. We had a blast integrating these vibrant colors into our client’s dream renovation!

KITCHEN RENOVATION

Countertops and Sink: The kitchen was transformed with sophisticated Aria Select Quartzite countertops and a Blanco Precis 30 single bowl sink in Truffle. Under-cabinet lighting and a new backsplash enhanced both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Appliances: We installed a new flush-install refrigerator for a sleek update. In order to get the perfect fit, we replaced a cabinet railing, rebuilt cabinet doors, and fabricated new doors to accommodate the flush finish.

Additional Updates: The pantry door was updated, and the space now features streamlined cabinetry and a new graphite sink.

FAMILY ROOM RENOVATION

Fireplace Overhaul: The fireplace was rejuvenated with Mayra White splitface stone, creating a striking focal point that makes the room feel inviting and cozy. We also replaced the old carpet with matching wood flooring.

MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM RENOVATION

Bedroom Enhancements: The master bedroom and closet saw a transformation with wood flooring replacing the carpet, a new ceiling fan for added comfort, and updated can lighting and paint to align with the new aesthetic.

Bathroom Transformation: The master bath was reimagined with a curbless shower featuring a rain head, a divider, and a built-in niche. We chose Touch Tile Brick II in Creme for the walls and White Pebbles Tumbled for the floor, adding a touch of luxury with a heated tiled floor. A freestanding bathtub and updated fixtures further enhanced the bathroom’s elegance.

GUEST BATHROOMS RENOVATION

Guest Bathroom Updates: This guest bathroom was a delight to design, featuring Aria Select Quartzite countertops and modern fixtures. We selected stylish tiles, including the decorative Soho Surfaces Karioka with warm gray grout for the long wall and Emser Hues Rectified Satin tiles for the shorter walls, complemented by Perpetuo Elegant Beige Hex Mosaic tiles for the shower floor.

Jack & Jill Bathroom Transformation: Updated with new vanity mirrors, lighting, and tile work, this bathroom now boasts a more contemporary look.

POWDER BATH AND ADDITIONAL SPACE RENOVATION

Powder Bath Upgrade: This fun and playful space features a unique mirror that our clients adored, adding a personal touch. The powder bath also includes a pre-finished vanity and sleek floor tiles.

Game Room and Hallway: Custom-built cabinets and an additional attic closet enhanced functionality, while a custom-built wood bench with hooks and lighting added design flair to the hallway.

Laundry Room: Updated with Daltile Calacatta Patriotic countertops and Shaw Oasis flooring, the laundry room now offers a fresh, clean appearance.

The transformation of this home is truly one of our favorites. This renovation showcases modern elegance with updated lighting, luxurious wood flooring, and custom cabinetry throughout. With the unique thought-through design elements shining through, we are loving the new look this home has. This project not only upgraded the space but also enriched the overall living experience.
